These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs" or "Agreement") are entered into by and between Elympics Inc. ("Elympics", “We”, “Us”) and the developer studio or entity ("You", "Developer") applying to participate in the Elympics Program ("Program"). By registering, You agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. Overview of the Program

The Elympics Program is designed to support developers in building and launching skill-based multiplayer games using the Elympics and PlayPad technology stack. The total prize pool for this edition is $50,000, and up to 10 studios will be selected to participate.

Each accepted studio is eligible to receive a grant of up to $5,000, disbursed in stages:

• $1,000: granted after the game meets all technical and functional requirements described below.
• $4,000: granted if the game reaches at least 30% day-one retention from a base of 100 real players.

⚠️ Grants are limited to one per studio. Only the first 10 valid and approved submissions will be considered. Acceptance into the program is at the sole discretion of Elympics.

2. Application Timeline and Eligibility

• Applications are accepted starting May 18, 2025, and will remain open until the end of the Program.
• Project evaluations begin on June 1, 2025.
• Developers must submit the application form before starting development.
• Only studios that apply through the form will be considered.
• Applying does not guarantee acceptance. Only selected studios will be contacted via email with further instructions.
• Games can be brand new or existing titles, as long as they are adapted to meet all requirements and integrated with the Elympics SDK.
• Only one game per studio may be submitted.
